Football Season and what to wear!

2013 right before we were engaged! Mason is pretending to be
an Alabama fan for me.  

There are so many reasons why I love fall. The clothes, weather, decorations, Mason and I both have a birthday in the fall, pumpkins, and the list goes on. But for Mason there is one real reason why he loves the fall. FOOTBALL! Just like an other southern man football dominates his life. I think it's cute that he get so excited. I like the atmosphere of the games and enjoy tailgating as much as the next person but what I really get excited about is planning my outfits for the games. Haha...it's so funny that I spend more time thinking about what I will wear to a game than I even actually watch the game. 


Of course you can go the route of wearing your favorite team's jersey, t-shirt, etc. That's not really my style but I'm not knocking it. I prefer to incorporate my own game day look by using my own clothes that I wear daily. For example, for a chilly fall game I would suggest wearing black leggings a a cute black or red shirt and maybe a furry vest over it. Here is a look that I am going after for the first Bama Game we are attending. The game is September 13th. So there is a very good chance that the game will be hot. It's always good to wear layers so if you do get a little hot and can take things off.  What will all of you be wearing to football games this year? Roll Tide! :)
