Saturdays are for Family Time

Saturday morning, we woke up early, got ready and headed to our favorite donut shop, Shipley's. Their donuts and kolaches are so amazing. Nothing really even compares. It's always a special treat when we go there. We picked up enough kolaches and donuts for 10 people and headed to see our sweetest little nephew in Montgomery. We had a blast spending the day with Mason's side of the family. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful group of people that I know call my own family. Love them all so much! Can we please chat about how adorable my nephew Tripp is? He melts my heart. We love that little baby so much! Baby Tripp was defiantly the highlight of the weekend!

First Friday of 2015!

It’s the first FRIDAY of the New Year and I could not be more excited to share five things that I am loving today.  Even though the weather outside is rainy and dreary I am trying my best to power through this work day. After all…it is Friday!

1.)    I just booked a Girls Weekend in July with some of my best galpals. Looking forward to a long weekend exploring, laughing and seeing Taylor Swift! Life is so much fun when you have great girlfriends by your side.

2.)    I’m really loving the book “What Southern Women Know” by Rhonda Rich. I can’t stress enough how fabulous this book is. It has the best stories and it makes so much sense. I feel like I can relate to so much for the stories. It will keep you laughing for sure.

3.)    So over the past few weeks I have noticed that my hair was not as volumized as I would like…I have swapped up some of my shampoo/conditioner and other products. But, I do believe what has made the biggest difference for my hair has been the velcro rollers. They are amazing and I’m not sure why I did not fall in love with them before. They take my hair to another level and I’m loving it.

4.)    I’m looking forward to seeing my precious nephew, his mom and dad and Mason’s mom and Uncle, tomorrow. I’m so blessed to have gained another great family when we married. I just can't wait to get my hands on baby Tripp!

5.) I am absolutely loving my beautiful flowers Mason got me this week. Every time I glace over and see them it makes me so happy. I really adore how sweet he is.
