It's FINALLY Friday!

My Five Favorites on Friday!

1.) After much contemplating...I have finally decided on a color for our Master Bedroom.

Behr Paint
So now I have a few things done. I have picked the paint color, purchased the curtains and bed skirt, and purchased the bedding. My goal is to do a little bit at a time and have the bedroom completed by the end of summer. I am on a mission to find/make the perfect night stands, purchase new lamps for nightstands, and purchase new dresser for the bedroom. As you can see I still have a lot to do! But I know I will get there!

2.) I am in the process of planning a fun weekend for Mason and I. I have always wanted to attend the CMA Fest in Nashville, TN. This year I am making a point for us to go. I'm hoping that everything works out so we can attend! The best part of this event is that you can actually attend the event for FREE! It's so crazy that you can attend the "smaller" concerts for free! I can't wait!

3.) A couple weeks back, Mason and I had some pictures taken of us. I wanted a few pictures to fill the many frames I have around the house. Mason is always such a great sport and I am glad to capture these moments of us. Here are two of my favorite pictures.

4.) Without going too much in detail, I want to say that this week was very challenging for me, personally. I have been faced with some situations that I never thought I would ever have to deal with. I want to make it clear that Mason and I are great and our relationship has nothing to do with what I am talking about. But I would like to ask for prayers. I know that God tells us in the bible that he will never give us more than we can handle. I just have to trust God and know that things will be okay.

There hath no temptation taken hold of you but such as is common to man. But God is faithful; He will not suffer you to be tempted beyond that which ye are able to bear, but with the temptation will also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. - 1 Corinthians 10:13

5.) I wanted to make sure I ended on a positive note. This weekend will be filled with a lot of fun! Saturday we have plans of going to the Birmingham Barons game with some friends and Sunday we have plans to go to the race at Talledega. To be honest I don't really care about those activities I am just so excited to enjoy some time off with Mason. Hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend!
