Happy Day!

Making a list of things that make me happy is not the easiest because I could keep going and going. Of course my husband, puppies, family and friends make me happy. But all of those things are a given. There are things that I do for myself daily or weekly that really make me happy. It really is the simple things. Hope everyone has a great day! 

Mississippi Weekend Recap!

This weekend was a lot of fun. Mason and I had a great time spending time with his side of the family and friends, finding out that we are having a nephew in December, and enjoying some delicious food. Here are the pictures I took during our short weekend trip. 

Traveling with my two little love bugs is usually a piece of cake but this time, little Max had tummy problems. We have to make multiple stops but he is now feeling better. 

Saturday we headed to Erin's Mother's house for the Gender Reveal Party. I of course was sporting my pink!

After the party and the 99+ heat we headed to get a snowball.

Saturday Evening we headed to the infamous, Shed Restaurant and Bar for some live music. We got to see some of Mason's friends as well. It was a fun night!

After the Shed it was time for us to hit the Casino. Mason was a winner and racked up on $250 on BlackJack!! Go Mason!

Finally Sunday mid morning it was time to head home. Sampson enjoyed his water from a Lenny's cup! haha

Mississippi Bound!

We are in route to Biloxi for a fun weekend. Tomorrow we find out if we will have a niece or nephew and I am so excited to find out! The gender reveal party invitation said to wear a pink shirt if you think it's a girl and blue if your vote is a boy. I will be sporting my pink shirt while Mason is in his blue. We can't wait to see who is right.

We are looking forward to seeing our family and having a great weekend! 

Work Events

Work lately has been crazy! I have had events 3 to 4 days a week, which are usually at night and in an hour and a half away from my home. While it does make the day extra long and me very exhausted the next day I wouldn't trade my job for the world. Hosting events is just one part of my job but its one of my favorite parts. I love that I am able to be creative everyday and bring my visions to life. I love that other people get to enjoy themselves. I get to host parties all the time and I love it!I thought it would be a good idea to document some of my most favorite work events I have put together. From cooking demos, to interior designer CEU training, to Girls Night Out Events, Food Bloggers, Builder Appreciation Luncheon, to Charity Events and so much more So without further a due let's get started!

Candle Lover!

Happy Monday! 

This past weekend what exactly what this girl needed. It involved hanging out at home with zero plans. Let me just say I loved it. Today I want to do some product reviews on my most favorite candles. I hate to say it but I am a candle snob. I blame my mother from making me this way. In my opinion she has the best taste in candles. My personal three favorite candels in the world are Tyler, Capri Blue, and WoodWick.

This smell is very clean. It makes me think of a cozy gift shop. I love to burn this candle in my bedroom.

Tyler Candle...such a strong and fatastic scent. It's overpowering, just the way I like it!

I think the crackle of this candle is so cute and comforting.

What's in my makeup bag...

My little makeup bag goes everywhere I go. It's always at the top of my purse. Even though it gets in the way it's something I just don't want to be without. For me a fresh face of makeup can turn a day from drab or fab.
